From Mtre. Loris Nasri's founding of the firm in 1952 — the fifth generation of lawyers in her family — through Dr. Nasri Marco's assumption of leadership in 2000, the firm has preserved a documented archive since its earliest days, making it one of Alexandria's most enduring legal institutions.
Dr. Nasri Marco earned his LL.B. from Alexandria University's Faculty of Law in 1981, a fellowship of the First Salzburg Seminar (Fulbright-sponsored) in comparative international private law, an MBA in 1994, and a PhD in International Arbitration in 1997.
Dr. Nasri Marco serves as President and Founder of the Sharm El Sheikh International Arbitration Center (SHIAC). He also sits on the Board and Executive Committee of the European Court of Arbitration, and has been an accredited international arbitrator with several other international arbitration centers since 1987.
The firm's client roster includes names such as CMA CGM, Bureau Veritas, Ramada Renaissance Hotel, and Benetton, alongside petroleum-sector companies such as CBI Chicago Bridge & Iron and T.P.L., as well as other companies and institutions across Egypt, the United States, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, and the Nordic countries — reflecting the firm's far-reaching international credibility.

He has also served as media counselor to leading Egyptian publications such as El Shorouk and Business Today, and is a member of the Foreign Press Association (FPA).
